Google has improved this features now you can integrate Google search in your website. It's easy process and you can apply it within a minutes. Just follow this procedures .

• Login to your adsense account
• Click adsense setup > click adsense for search
• On the following page select search type "The entire web" select your country and press continue.
• Select a branding style for your search box and continue
• There are three types of search result page. 1)Open in same window. 2) Open in New window. 3) Open result within my own site.
• Select anyone and enter your URL where search result will be display > Press enter.
• Name your search engine and click submit and get code.
• If you select search result open in same window or open in new window then after click submit and get code you can find your search box code. And if you select search result open result within my own site then after click submit and get code you find two code one for search box and other for search result.
• Copy this code > Login to your blogspot site > Layout > Add a gadget > Html/javascript. Past the code in there and click save.
• After saving your code you can customize this widget at the top or at the side bar. Just drag this widget and place where you like.

Search type open in new window is more efficient then other types because your visitors will not navigate away from your site. Also 4-5 adds placed in there. So include this Google search in your website. If anyone search your adsense search engine and click on top results you will be paid because top 4-5 results are your adsense add.
